Exilator manufactures exhaust gas filtration systems with
integrated silencers (DPF).
The filters in the ExilencerTM range reduce unburned fuel and
particulates by up to 99%, while simultaneously reducing
black smoke, exhaust fumes and noise emissions.
Comfort on board will be extremely better with an Exilator
installed on gas exhaust line of generators or main propulsion
engines.

The ExiLencer™ system can be used by all four-stroke marine diesel engines and is sized according to engine power and performance.
It’s inlet section maintains regular and uniform back pressures, ensuring efficient exhaust gas flow. This improves engine efficiency, reduces wear and pollutant emissions.

Ceramic filters are designed to reduce soot and unburnt emissions, even at low operating temperatures.
The patented ExiBlock™ units are coated with a special ceramic coating that works passively on the exhaust gas. This allows soot to be automatically filtered out at lower temperatures than with conventional systems.
In the ExiLencer™ 1.0 version, the filter blocks only need to be cleaned once a year or after 5,000 hours of operation. They can be reused ten to twelve times, guaranteeing a total lifetime of more than 50,000 hours.
In the ExiLencer™ 2.0 version, the blocks require cleaning after 10,000 hours of operation.

The ExiLencer™ comes with an ‘ExiBox’ real-time monitoring system that keeps on-board technicians informed. This system has a display installed in the engine control rooms and allows technicians to constantly monitor system performance.
The ExiBox is designed to continuously monitor key parameters. If limits are exceeded, the system transmits an alarm via fixed wiring or remotely to the crew. This immediate notification allows operators to take timely action to deal with any problems or emergency situations. Data is stored locally to ensure real-time and historical records are always available.
ExiLencer™ is made of AISI 316 stainless steel, the most resistant steel to mechanical stress and corrosion.
